Help & Advice with Interviews - Before the Interview
Make sure you are sure you know where you are going and how to get there
If you can, it’s always good to research the company you are going to see. The internet is always the best place to start
Don’t forget to take a copy of your CV and a note book to make notes
You may well be asked to produce ID so remember to take it with you
Make sure you are well presented; If you have one, wear a suit
Don’t over-do it with jewellery, be conservative
Have a list of questions to ask the interviewer, making sure the first question you ask is NOT ‘how much money are you offering’ or ‘how long do you get for lunch!’
Don't be late! Plan your journey, and leave extra time. If for any reason you know you are going to be delayed, phone in advance, it shows consideration and initiative
Make sure your mobile phone is switched off
