Our client is a leading provider of outsourced contact centre management and works for some of the UK's best known 'blue chip' companies and government organisations.
Established in 1997 and re-branded in 2003 the company now employs over 300 staff at its headquarters in Southend on Sea, Essex and successfully handles both inbound and outbound telemarketing campaigns on behalf of Which Magazine, Santander and British Gas to name but a few.
The Role: To make outward bound calls to residential and business customers offering product promotions and discounted product features generated by nationally known blue chip brands.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for people who are confident over the phone with very good communication skills. Working in a team you will be fully trained in the techniques of sales and briefed on your product and brand that you represent.
This is a buzzy energetic work environment which is target driven that would suit an individual who has worked in a similar environment; but most importantly if you are able to communicate well on the phone and have a can do attitude this is an excellent opportunity not to be missed.
The Package: Hours: 12 Noon to 8pm Monday to Friday.
