The Role: Working primarily across the South East, the role will require you to use your knowledge to motivate the workforce, and manage resources to deliver jobs on time and within budget. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build and maintain effective working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be a qualified scaffolder with proven supervisory / management experience, good commercial skills and a working knowledge of both estimating and surveying. A clean driving licence, IT skills, knowledge of Layher System scaffold and a willingness to travel are required.
