Candidate Referral Scheme
Candidate referral is a fast growing method of encouraging people like you to help your friends and colleagues find new career opportunities. What's more if you recommend someone to us who One to One secures permanent employment for; we will return your good deed by awarding you £200 worth of Red Letter day vouchers; so you can have a day out on us, doing something that you really enjoy.
How it works:
One to One Personnel will send you £200 of Red Letter Day Experience vouchers for each friend or colleague you refer to us provided that:
We successfully place your referral in a permanent job
They continue employment with their new employer for a minimum of three months
The commencing salary is above £25,000
Your referral is not already registered with One to One Personnel Limited
Only one voucher per referral can be awarded
If someone else refers the same candidate, the award will go to the person who makes the first submission
We will not award a referral if the referred candidate applies directly to us for additional job opportunities at any given time in the future
Just fill in the Referral form. Your details will be logged on database
How do you get paid?
Awards are made after your referral has completed their first three months of employment
We will send you a Red Letter Day voucher worth £200 which you can redeem on any Red Letter Day experience. For more information on the rewards available please visit their web site.
One to One Personnel Limited retains the right to amend or cancel the terms and conditions of the Candidate referral scheme without notice.
