Are you and experienced Administrator, looking for a new career within the Financial Services environment….
Our client is based near Rayleigh (own transport is required due to location) and currently looking to add to their team with an experienced Administrator who can offer both administrative support coupled with basic PA/Accounting duties.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with:
Good written and oral communication skills
Good report writing skills
Methodical and organisation skills
Accurate with attention to detail
Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry would be an advantage. Especially regarding compliance (full training given can be given in specific areas but basic knowledge is required).
Specific tasks will include:
Telephone/email enquiries
Sorting and distributing of post
Process new business submission sheets
Keep QuickBooks up to date
Ensure all invoices/bills are paid in a timely manner
Create and maintain filing systems
Compiling invoices
Chasing commission statements
Process commission/fee receipts
This is a permanent position
Monday to Friday
