This is an exciting opportunity to work for established Media owner in North Essex with recognised brands across print, online and events.
Are you a multi-talented event marketer with a creative flair and strong communication skills who would like to take ownership of their own event? Then we have a newly formed role which will enable you to use all your marketing and sales skills to work on an industry recognised annual event in the luxury home interest sector.
This is a varied and interesting role, where you will take ownership of this event in regards to the marketing of it as well as selling in excess of £200,000 worth of sponsorship opportunities, as well as table sales.
As the Event Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be required to implement campaigns across print, digital and social media. You will successfully manage all campaigns and will produce reports and track the progress of each campaign.

* Hours Mon- Thur 9-5.30 and Friday 9-3pm
The Role
You will have exhibitions/events experience and constantly aim to drive your campaigns forward. You'll use your outstanding understanding of the marketing mix to use all channels available to you, from digital to print.
Experience and understanding of social media are essential. You'll be required to write and implement marketing campaigns across all of our brands to include Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
You'll manage the whole process of getting our clients to enter the awards, collating the entries ready to be judged.

To manage this annual awards event you will be required to sell and account manage all sponsorship packages. This will involve maintaining current sponsorship packages, upselling and increasing revenue year on year. Your role will also include all table and tickets sales, liaising with the venue for all event organisation.
Sourcing new venues, attracting award nominations through successful marketing campaigns, organising table plans, attendee lists, contacting finalists and much more.
