Background

William Nash PLC is an established manufacturing and property management PLC established over 50 years ago. The team comprises of experienced industry specialists with a small business management style based on collective team work. After making the decision to relocate from Kent to Mid Essex and subsequently losing two key members of staff our client was faced with the problem of finding Essex based personnel willing to commute to Kent for an interim period prior to relocation.

Our challenge was to not only to find a senior Financial Controller with the exact skills and experience to match the job description but also to find a candidate to fit the business culturally.

Challenge

  • To source candidates with the right level of experience to take over responsibility of the company’s financial management
  • Following research provide salary scale, and ‘ideal fit ‘advice to enable our client to make the best hiring choice

  • Three shortlisted candidates were taken through to final interview stage, leading to offer stage
  • A fully assisted offer and negotiation process was carried out resulting in a mutually beneficial conclusion and the appointment of our candidate
