Sales and Marketing Policy

It is One to One Personnel Limited’s sales and marketing policy to:

• Carry out business in a professional, ethical, open and honest manner.

• Build long term relationships with our clients, candidates and suppliers.

• Provide accurate and clear information on our products and services.

• Provide services and products that are relevant to a client’s individual needs.

• Market our services on our strengths not the vulnerability of others.

• Set fees that fairly reflect the resource and work carried out on each vacancy.

• Comply with all UK relevant marketing jurisdictions.

• Provide clear and concise literature and marketing brochures that outline our services, then work to the standards set out herein.

• Target our marketing activities to prospects and clients who have expressed an interest in our services and literature or are deemed reasonably likely to have an interest, and to remove from marketing lists any individual or organisation requesting us to do so.

It shall be the overriding principle of One to One Personnel to conduct our sales and marketing activity professionally and ethically at all times.
