XYZ CNC OPERATOR & PROGRAMMER/SETTER-CROYDON

My client, a small but growing engineering company in Croydon is now looking for an experienced and fully skilled XYZ CNC Programmer/setter. Their growing diverse client base provides them with the opportunities to produce all kinds of items from aerospace equipment to kettle drums.

The Role

Responsibilities and Duties:

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of a machine shop with specialist knowledge and experience of XYZ CNC machining centre. They are expected to run all aspects from programming, setting and running with the emphasis on quality and time efficiency.

They would be working on a XYZ Prototrack LPM M7243 and a XYZ Proturn SLX 425 L585.

The ability to pass on that knowledge to others would be desirable.

What’s in it for you?

Salary of up to £15 per hour DOE.

39 hr week.

Overtime available.

Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm (possibility of 7am-4pm).

Fri             8am-1pm (possibility of 7am-12 noon).

Statutory pension.

PPE supplied.
