After finding a vacancy advert from One to One Personnel, via Indeed.com, Julie was my initial point of contact, calling me on 03 July 2025, late PM, about my interest in one of their vacancies and clients.
We had a pleasant telephone conversation that day, which lasted around 15-20 minutes. At the end of the telephone call, Julie said she would be submitting my application, CV, and covering letter to their client, as she feels I would be a good fit for them
I was then contacted by Aimee, in Julie’s absence, to let me know that I had been offered an in-person job interview, just over a week after my application.
That interview day, the interview ran on just short of 1½ hours, and that afternoon I received a telephone call from Linda, One to One Personnel, to say about the wonderful feedback that they have just received from their client and I had been offered the job opportunity, with an increase in remuneration, to have me sign up as soon as possible.
The three ladies I have dealt with at One to One Personnel could not have been more pleasant and helpful to deal with, explaining things when I had questions.
I would not hesitate in using their services again, should my circumstances change, again.

I was approached by One to One when actively searching for a new opportunity following the end of my current contract. Louise: the consultant handling my application was transparent when describing the responsibilities and schedule of the role. I was met with a calm professionalism when we arranged a phone meeting and we continued to liaise through the compliance steps; acting as an informative and supportive point of contact between the hiring company.
They managed to secure an interview with the hiring manager and an interview package was provided beforehand which included a overview of the company values. The resources provided by One to One personnel made for easier preparation and articulation of my skillset relevant to the advertised role; especially whilst working and managing personal errands. I would recommend this recruitment site in a context where candidates, hiring managers and recruitment consultants are actively transparent with the application and onboarding process. I consider myself fortunate to have had that experience here.
