Customer Service Advisor
Maldon | £26,000 | Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
The Role
One to One Personnel are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to manage and process customer orders for both UK and international clients. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Team and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless service experience. All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with established quality management systems and the company’s wider strategic goals.
Key Tasks
To ensure sales orders from customers and distributors are handled promptly and entered onto the Company’s ERP system for prompt picking and dispatch purposes. Ensure customers are informed of any sales order discrepancies and delays in dispatching goods.
Main Responsibilities
- Process customer and distributor sales orders promptly in the ERP system for timely dispatch.
- Communicate order discrepancies or delays to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries on orders, pricing, stock, delivery, and samples.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service and maintain processes.
- Set up new contracts and pricing efficiently, track and document contract end dates for timely updates.
- Manage the Loan Kit Service, ensuring availability, accurate bookings, and proper documentation.
- Register and coordinate consignment requests with the Loan Kit Team.
- Troubleshoot unusual or technical issues as they arise.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to support team goals.
What you’ll need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
- Knowledge of ERP system advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Good at multitasking and prioritising workload
- Team player but also able to work on own initiative
