Our client, Reebok is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead their dynamic team of Customer Service Executives. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations & Customer Service, you’ll oversee the day-to-day function of our customer service operations, ensuring excellence, efficiency and top-tier customer satisfaction.

To Be Considered:

You must have previous fashion industry experience and meet the following criteria, along with a minimum of 3 years’ UK based work experience in a similar role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer service team
  • Supervise Customer Service Coordinators, supporting them with questions, challenges and order management
  • Analyse order books, track KPIs and ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Manage customer data, including pricing, part numbers and VAS
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and key customers
  • Assist in resolving credits, returns and order challenges
  • Drive improvements in efficiency and customer experience
  • Deputise for the Head of Department when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous fashion industry experience is a must
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with reporting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Styleman experience is a plus
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player with the ability to share best practices
  • Interest in sports and fashion is a bonus

What’s in It for You?

  • £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on qualifications & experience)
