Are you a clinically credible endoscopy professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for education, innovation and partnership? My client seeks an Endoscopy Business & Education Specialist to combine clinical expertise with consultative sales leadership, transforming how endoscopy services are delivered.

In this high-impact, field-based role, you’ll work with stakeholders to drive revenue growth, support education, and implement best practices across endoscopy departments. To be successful, you’ll need at least 3 years of UK-based relevant experience, including training delivery, excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer facing presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales and margin targets, retaining and growing recurring revenue.
  • Deliver endoscopy service solutions at sales and tender stages, collaborating with Business Development and operations teams.
  • Develop business plans and deep knowledge of Endoscopy services (Maintenance, Managed, Modernisation, Equipment & Interim solutions).
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, opinion leaders, and clinical teams.
  • Support education initiatives, including training delivery and customer/patient education events.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and commercial support to internal teams for bids, proposals, and contract management.
  • Analyse data to reduce repeat repairs and optimise service performance.
  • Lead or support projects to develop services, drive innovation, and explore growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Clinically qualified, degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years UK-based experience, ideally 5+ in a clinical modality.
  • Experience in customer-facing, commercial roles.
  • Strong training delivery, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Financial, operational and commercial acumen.

Mobility

  • Home-based with frequent UK travel; occasional international travel.
