The Role

As a Factory Operative, you’ll play an important part in the production process, working across a variety of tasks to support the smooth running of the factory.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be trained to work across multiple areas of the operation.

Your duties will include

• Drilling and bending aluminium components
• Assembling products to a high standard
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Powder coating within a small spray booth
• Carrying out general production tasks as required
• Supporting with some heavy lifting as part of the manufacturing process

You’ll be expected to multitask and rotate through different roles each week, ensuring you gain full knowledge of all areas within the factory. This rotation helps maintain a flexible, skilled team and keeps the work varied and engaging.

Full training will be provided, so experience in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential.
