Salary range: £36,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On the Road

One to One Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer on behalf of a well‑established, family run Fire & Security provider operating across Essex and London. Our client is known for their high standards, supportive culture, and commitment to training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on a range of fire alarm systems
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
• Providing technical support and excellent customer communication
• Completing accurate service reports and maintaining documentation
• Supporting reactive call‑outs when required

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven fire alarm servicing experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities

• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer‑service skills
• Good understanding of fire alarm system principles
• Strong record‑keeping and working IT knowledge
• ECS or CSCS card (advantageous)

Experience with the following systems:

Required:

• Kentec
• Morley
• Advance

Advantageous:

• Gent
• Protec
• Fireclass
• Hyfire

Salary & Benefits

• £36,000 – £38,000, depending on experience & qualifications
