Key Responsibilities:
- You will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of funds across the business
- Monthly Payroll
- Processing Invoices
- Processing and recording collection of payment including direct debit collection
- Credit control
- Payment runs and invoice checking
- Accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of the general ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial Compliance e.g. VAT returns
Skills and knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years of finance experience in a similar role
- Payroll experience is a must
- Working in a high pace environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
