Payroll & Accounts Manager

One to One is proud to be working exclusively with a growing organisation that is looking to recruit a Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of funds across the business
  • Monthly Payroll 
  • Processing Invoices
  • Processing and recording collection of payment including direct debit collection
  • Credit control
  • Payment runs and invoice checking
  • Accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of the general ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Financial Compliance e.g. VAT returns 

Skills and knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years of finance experience in a similar role
  • Payroll experience is a must 
  • Working in a high pace environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
