- Promote landlord assurance: Champion an innovative Landlord Assurance Package designed to give landlords confidence while increasing access to safe, affordable homes.
- Match residents to homes: Use clear tenancy-readiness criteria to connect residents with properties that meet their needs and set them up for success.
- Support every step of the journey: Guide residents through viewings, move-in processes, and the crucial early stages of their tenancy.
- Provide ongoing sustainment support: Offer up to 12 months of light-touch tenancy sustainment, ensuring residents feel supported and confident in their new homes.
- Prevent tenancy breakdowns: Step in early to resolve issues, working proactively to protect tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness.

- Gather insights for innovation: Collect data and feedback to evaluate this pioneering pilot project, helping shape future housing strategies.
