Sheet Metal Worker or Press Brake Operator
Southend-on-Sea | £16 - £20 per hour | Mon–Thurs: 8am – 4pm Fri 6am – 2pm

Key Responsibilities
- Precision measuring and general inspection throughout the manufacturing process
- Working with aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel
- Operating Press Brake and hydraulic press machinery
- Assembly and hand‑finishing work
- Spot welding and component assembly
- Grinding, deburring, and drilling
- Laser cutting operations
- Full training provided to support your development
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, Press Brake Operator, or similar role—ideally within automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with a variety of metal materials
- Solid understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination, stamina, and meticulous attention to detail
What’s in it for you?
