The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Administrator with financial services experience, eager to develop into a paraplanner and take their career to the next level. This role comes with a structured path into paraplanning, including fully funded exam support and study resources. You’ll take pride in getting things right, enjoy working in a structured, regulated environment, and understand the importance of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
You'll play an integral part in the smooth running of the business and client experience, including:
- Support advisers and paraplanners in creating and delivering financial plans
- Issue, chase and summarise Letters of Authority (LOAs)
- Liaise with providers regarding LOAs and new business submissions
- Processing new business accurately and efficiently across several platforms, including placing trades, running reports and illustrations
- Maintain client records and back-office systems
- Monitor cases to ensure timely progression and clear communication
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Must-Have Criteria
- Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) as an administrator within financial advice, wealth management or financial planning
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Dependable, proactive and a true team player who takes ownership of their work
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about financial services and committed to progressing into a paraplanning role, including taking exams
Desirable
- Experience using platforms like 2plan Back Office, Fintegrate, Mabel, Selectapension, Voyant or The Exchange
- Familiarity with providers such as Aviva, 7IM, Quilter, Royal London or Prudential
- Interest in developing technical knowledge to support a long-term career in paraplanning
