  • Experience using ERP systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Amazon orders through Vendor Central, including product information, pricing, Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and delivery schedules.
  • Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate information within the company's ERP system (STYLEman V11).
  • Preparing and sending sales order confirmations to customers.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving order-related issues.
  • Coordinating with factories, warehouses and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and communicating any delays or changes to customers.
  • Managing stock allocations, raising picking tickets and processing invoices.
  • Preparing weekly order books and following up on customer delivery bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, portals and reporting.
  • Liaising with finance and credit control departments to resolve queries.
  • Providing barcodes, packing instructions and relevant documentation to factories.
