We are looking for driven a sales professional to help establish and galvanise new business relationships.

What we are looking for:

  • A time-served Recruitment Consultant with a successful track record in the industry.
  • Someone with the tenacity to create something from nothing with an unflappable disposition that keeps on going when it feels like all the odds are against you.
  • The ability to align yourself with your client’s business, their work culture, and values, sourcing the best people on their behalf.
  • You will be able to draft first-class job adverts and be proficient in writing post-interview profiles that draw on the strengths and the achievements of your candidates.
  • Well-presented and articulate with a good eye for detail and an existing presence on LinkedIn.

The Role:

  • We focus on alignment of values as well as skill set which in turn helps galvanize long-lasting business relationships with clients who see the value in a genuine recruitment partnership.
  • By accessing a prospect client database of over 6000 contacts along with the usual methods of lead generation you will be tasked with new business development across your industry sector creating business relationships where your clients value you as a trusted advisor and essential part of their supplier network.
  • Searching for candidates and evaluating CVs found on job boards and social media channels.
  • Client visits and networking (sometimes out of normal working hours)
  • Determining client requirements and negotiating commercially sound agreements.
  • Responsible for advert writing, database searches, candidate selection, interviews, candidate presentation, and arrangement of interviews through to offer and commencement.
