Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on role within a busy factory environment? We're recruiting a Factory Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing business in Basildon.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Packaging and protecting joinery products ready for dispatch
- Assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Moving materials throughout the factory as required
- Supporting production teams with general factory duties
- Maintaining stock levels of packaging materials
- Carrying out housekeeping duties to keep the workplace clean and safe
- Assisting with manual handling and warehouse tasks
- Providing support with deliveries and collections when needed
What We're Looking For:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous Forklift experience is beneficial
