Pay: £18.38 – £21.39 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours per week + On call
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Gates and Roller Shutter Engineer to join a friendly and professional team. This role involves working across a wide variety of gate and roller shutter systems, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on both mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigation and fault finding of mechanical and electrical issues
• Service and maintenance of roller shutters and gate systems
• Working on a varied range of roller shutters and gates
• Ensuring systems comply with current safety standards, legislation, and good practice
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Gates and Roller Shutter Engineer
• Full UK driving licence
• Competent in gates safety and compliance
• ECS or CSCS card
• Experience working with the following systems:
  • BFT
  • FAAC
  • CAME

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
