Print & Production Manager | Salary: £35k – £40k | Leigh-on-Sea | 8:30am – 5:00pm
My successful client is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Print & Production Manager to oversee the print operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality exhibition and display materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day printing operations to ensure consistent, high‑quality output for exhibition displays.
- Oversee the setup, calibration, and maintenance of all printing equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Work closely with the design team to interpret project briefs and ensure all specifications are met.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the production workflow.
- Coordinate with warehouse and assembly teams to ensure smooth production, finishing, and delivery of printed materials.
- Train, support, and supervise production staff on print techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in print management or a similar production role within the exhibition, signage, or display industry.
- Strong mechanical understanding of printing equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to fabricate or assist in the fabrication of components for display builds.
- Confident using hand tools and power tools as part of the production process.
- Experience working in a warehouse or workshop environment is beneficial but not essential.
