Are you a commercially minded marketing professional with a passion for product strategy, market intelligence, and delivering results? We're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy, supporting sales growth, and driving product success.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment where you'll collaborate across multiple departments, influence key business decisions, and help deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen market position and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

As Product Marketing Specialist, you'll act as the vital link between Sales and Marketing, providing market insights, sales enablement tools, and strategic recommendations that support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Developing and implementing go to market plans for product launches
  • Monitoring market performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Creating and managing commercial campaigns that drive sales activity
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Producing market intelligence reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with sales teams, dealer networks, and third-party suppliers
  • Creating sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations
  • Supporting training programmes, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Working with CRM and business intelligence data to identify trends and opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in a Product Marketing role
  • Strong experience in market analysis, strategy development, and campaign execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be securely leveraged to improve efficiency and innovation
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Desirable

  • Automotive industry experience
