Production Operative
Basildon | Full Time | Production | Temp–Perm | £12.98 PH
We are seeking a reliable, hands on Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting quality production while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Follow processing instructions and quality standards accurately.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, housekeeping and health & safety.
- Support warehouse and administrative duties when required.
- Work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Complete additional duties as required by management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production experience is desirable.
- Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes.
- Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Positive team player with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Flexible and willing to support where required.
Job Details:
- 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Shift pattern (40 Hours a Week)
- 13 Weeks Temp to Perm
- Basildon Location
- £27,000 PA (£12.98 per hour)
