Project Co-ordinator| Leigh-on-Sea | £27k - £30k | Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm
The Role
One to One Personnel are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a growing client in Leigh‑on‑Sea, who are now looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being at the centre of a busy operation. You’ll support projects from start to finish, handling key administrative, logistical, and some financial tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating assigned projects from start to finish
- Working with sales team to raise quotations for allocated exhibitions
- Assisting with project planning, timelines, and scheduling
- Supporting the Project Management team with ad hoc tasks
- Coordinating supplier orders (raising POs), quotations, and logistics
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, venues, and contractors regarding project requirements
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation and job files
- Track and maintain project timelines and schedules using Monday.com
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and site logistics where required
- Supporting onsite builds where necessary (travel across UK and sometimes EU)
- Creation and submission of RAMS and stand plans
- Escalating risks or issues to the Senior Project Manager where required
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in maintaining professional relationships with clients and suppliers
- Experience in preparing cost estimates
- Experience in raising and processing purchase orders with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
What You’ll Need?
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and overseas when required to support onsite event installations.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- A flexible approach to working hours, particularly during busy event periods and onsite project delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A genuine interest in events, exhibitions, project management, or live event delivery.
- Ideal for a university graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is looking to develop a long-term career within the events and exhibitions industry.
- A willingness to take ownership of tasks, learn new skills, and progress into a Project Manager role in the future.
What’s in it for you?

- £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
