Servicing Team Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are currently recruiting for a Servicing Team Manager to join our Global blue-chip client based at their Basildon site. The position will run until September 2024 .

This is a great opportunity to support a great team in a well-established company the role will sit within the Financial Services area of the business.  We require a minimum of 3 years team leader / managerial experience.

The Role:

The Servicing Team Manager will supervise daily operations of a team of 8 , allocating and prioritising tasks as per business needs whilst motivating the team to deliver their targets.

You will focus on process optimisation throughout the entire flow, to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Closely cooperate with the other functions and with the banking partner to ensure alignment to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Be responsible for the country Retail Servicing team, ensuring daily operations (proposal management and contract pay out) are executed as per target, and in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage the relationship with all brands, the banking partner and the other business functions such as S&M, Credit, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
  • Responsible for service level delivery to Brand and Dealers (main KPI: decision lead time / contract activation time / cancellation of set to live % / positive rating from periodic Dealer Surveys)
  • Be a key contributor in designing and implementing new products and processes, in close cooperation with the S&M function and the banking partner
  • Implementing new systems and tools, from functional design to testing and roll out
  • Involved and contribute to international organisation projects needed

  • Ability to motivate people and to engage effectively at all levels
  • Can comfortably handle complexity, challenges and can cope with a demanding environment
  • Able to work in a matrix organisation with multi relationships
  • Project management experience is desirable

 

Hours:                   Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week  (Hybrid working is available)

Salary:                  Up to £50,000 per annum -  weekly paid contract position via the agency
