Service Advisor

The Role – Service Advisor - West Thurrock - £27,000 - £30,000 

Our client an automotive company is currently looking to appoint a Service Advisor to their expanding team. The company locations are staffed with experienced professionals who receive continuous training, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in West Thurrock. The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, providing customer-focused service, communication, and aftersales support. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer appointments and coordinating between the customer and the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer service, communication, and customer-focused service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Aftersales support experience and an understanding of basic vehicle components
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the service team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
  • Documentation and record keeping, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointment and vehicle maintenance history using our dealership management system.

The Package

  • Salary £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday: One-week early shifts one week lates 6:00am – 4:00pm (1 hour lunch) and 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch) Every other Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm
