Are you a commercially curious relationship-builder who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments? We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to develop long-term partnerships with key healthcare customers, drive account growth and deliver real value across clinical and operational settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Strategic Account Management function at a pivotal stage of development. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the healthcare sector, helping customers solve challenges, improve outcomes and maximise the value of their partnership.

Essential Requirements - Applicants must have prior Account Management experience within the healthcare sector and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant UK-based experience. Candidates without this background will not be considered for the role. Please also ensure you meet the essential requirements listed below before applying.
Essential Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience in Strategic Account Management or Business Development
- Healthcare sector experience within complex or regulated environments
- Proven success managing and growing key customer accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience building relationships at executive, clinical and operational levels
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams
- Professional, resilient and adaptable approach
- Comfortable operating strategically and operationally
- Full willingness to travel nationally up to 50%
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic customer relationships across C-suite, clinical and operational stakeholders
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead account strategy to support long-term customer success and retention
- Work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and operational improvements
- Maintain oversight of service delivery, KPIs and customer performance
- Support renewals, partnership development and continuous improvement initiatives
Desirable Experience
- Managed Equipment Services (MES)
- Healthcare procurement and regulatory environments
- Medical equipment or clinical outcomes knowledge
- Experience working closely with clinical teams
